Overview
ALBRICK Agent Hub ("the App") is an internal tool provided by ALBRICK Real Estate exclusively to licensed real estate agents affiliated with ALBRICK. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Who can access this app
The App is restricted to current ALBRICK agents and staff. Account creation is by invitation only through your ALBRICK administrator.
Data we collect
- Account information: Your name and email address, provided when your account is created.
- Usage data: Pages visited and features used within the App, used solely for internal analytics and troubleshooting.
- Transaction & performance data: Real estate transaction records, Zillow performance metrics, and production statistics sourced from ALBRICK's internal systems.
- AI chat messages: Messages you send to ALBRICK Assist are processed by OpenAI (via our API) to generate responses. These messages may include your name and performance metrics. We do not store chat history beyond your active session.
- Biometric data: If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. ALBRICK never has access to your biometric data.
How we use your data
- To display your personal performance dashboards and tier progress
- To route coaching requests to the appropriate ALBRICK team member
- To power the ALBRICK Assist AI chatbot with relevant context
- To send transactional notifications related to your coaching sessions or submissions
Third-party services
- Clerk: Authentication and account management. clerk.com/privacy
- OpenAI: AI chat responses. openai.com/privacy
- Google / Apple: Optional sign-in providers, subject to their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as you are affiliated with ALBRICK. Upon departure, accounts are deactivated within 30 days. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the App's account settings or by contacting support@albrick.com.
Account deletion
You can delete your ALBRICK Hub account at any time from within the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your authentication credentials immediately. Transactional records may be retained in accordance with applicable real estate regulations.
